The Challenge
Flothemes announced that they would no longer continue with their theme support and updates, stating that “they’ve joined the Pixieset family.” This leaves many photographers and creative entrepreneurs stranded with their websites. Flothemes’ suggestion to existing users is to move over to Pixieset, but the majority of people aren’t happy with their approach and are looking for other alternatives.
Like many photographers, Madeleine loved her Flothemes website, and she preferred to stay on the WordPress platform for obvious reasons. She was stressed about this announcement and started looking for ways to recreate her website ASAP.
The Solution
That’s where I came in and helped her change from Flothemes to another visual builder. We used the DIVI builder to recreate her motherhood photography website with similar layouts and designs. She loved the clean and neutral tone magazine style website and the final product is gorgeous! The best part? She can now continue to run her photography business without the stress of worrying about her website.
