Who’s VIP Day for?
VIP Day is exclusively for any busy entrepreneurs and small business owners, like you, who need a website or landing/sales pages done ASAP.
You’ll have all your copy and images ready to go so we can help make that website vision a reality for you!
How can anything be done in such a short time?
I’m so glad you asked! You’ve probably heard from other business owners that their website took a long time to finish.
Most of the time, website creation takes weeks (if not months!) is because of the back and forth communication between the client and designer.
With VIP Day, a block of time is dedicated to creating one and only one thing. The result is a lot quicker and better because everyone is focused with a single goal in mind.
By the end of the day, you can have a quick yet high-quality website ready to start booking clients for you!
What’s not included?
Your domain name and hosting aren’t included in VIP Day.
However, if you haven’t bought any of that, I do recommend that you leave that part with me to ensure everything works well together and that you have a fast website at the end.
Additional monthly website support plans are also available. If you’d prefer to take care of your own website, you’ll be provided with lifetime access to a range of client training videos.
What do you need from me before the actual day?
A lot of preparation is done from your end before the actual day. You’ll need to show me “the vision” including notes, visual examples and any other content needed for the creative project.
After booking your VIP day with me, you’ll receive pre-work to complete and that will help me understand your vision. About a week before the scheduled date we’ll touch base to make sure everything is ready to go.
Having the pre-work done properly is important to the success of your VIP Day.
What are the expectations on the day of?
First of all, you’re expected to be readily available throughout the day via messenger/phone call.
You’ll need to be prepared to answer questions and provide feedback in order to make it a successful day for everyone.
If you’re super time poor and need something like yesterday, VIP Day may be for you!
What happens after my website goes live?
Once your website is live, it’s important to make sure it’s optimised and up-to-date.
Having outdated tools and plugins on your website is the no.1 cause of website hacks. The last thing you want is for your website to go down and hurt your Google ranking.
That’s why I have support plans for you, so your website can receive the support and care it needs, e.g. making sure the tools are updated and working smoothly.
Having a support plan means you’ll have peace of mind knowing that your website is in good hands so you can focus on what you do best.
To ensure you feel confident about launching your business with your website, you’ll receive 30 days of email and message support.
After the first month, you can choose from one of my monthly website support plans.
If you’d prefer to take care of your own website, you’ll be provided with lifetime access to a range of client training videos.
What platform will you use to build my website?
Your custom website will be built on WordPress.
In case you don’t know what WordPress is, it’s a self-hosted platform where you’re 100% independent, meaning you own the content yourself.
Without getting too technical, think of it like digital real estate.
With WordPress, you own everything on the website, from your site copy to images.
Whereas with platforms like Square Space, Wix, or Shopify (just to name a few), you’re just renting the digital space. If, for some reason, they decide to close down, you’ll lose everything.
To avoid having to start over, it’s highly recommended that you invest in a WordPress self-hosted website from the get-go.
If you haven’t got anything set up, just leave that with me, and I can do it for you when we get started with your website.
Will I be able to edit the website on my own?
Yes, for sure! You’ll receive client training videos to learn how to make edits and updates to your website.
If you’d prefer to leave it with me, additional monthly support plans are available. Each plan includes unlimited content edits every month.(?)
